Timeline

The timeline supports multiple levels of schedule detail.

Default time views:

  • Years
  • Quarters
  • Months
  • Days

The header keeps year context visible when lower-level grains such as quarters or months are shown.

Vertical grid lines​

Vertical grid lines can be aligned to the selected timeline grain:

  • Main view by years: quarter grid lines
  • Main view by quarters: month grid lines
  • Main view by months: month or day-level detail depending on zoom
  • Main view by days: daily grid lines where density allows

Zoom behavior​

Scrolling the mouse wheel over the Gantt area zooms the timeline in and out. Outside the Gantt area, page scrolling behaves normally.
