Scope
This policy applies to Sova Gantt, a Microsoft Power BI custom visual developed by Sova Labs and distributed through Microsoft AppSource or private delivery channels.
Privacy
Report data stays in Power BI.
Sova Gantt is designed so project schedule data is rendered in the Power BI visual runtime and is not sent to Sova Labs.
Report data handling
Sova Gantt processes report data only inside the Power BI custom visual runtime so it can render tasks, dates, progress, milestones, and dependencies. Dataset contents, report data, task records, and model data are not transmitted to Sova Labs.
Data collection
The visual does not collect, store, log, sell, or share customer report data. The visual does not use website analytics, advertising trackers, or external telemetry inside the Power BI visual.
Microsoft environment
Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, Microsoft AppSource, and Microsoft account services are governed by Microsoft terms and privacy notices. Customers remain responsible for their own Power BI datasets and tenant configuration.
Support communications
If you contact Sova Labs for support, we may process the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, company, screenshots, error descriptions, and sample files. Do not send confidential datasets unless a separate written agreement is in place.
Changes
Sova Labs may update this policy as the product changes. The latest version will be published at this URL and linked from Microsoft AppSource.
